A laid-back event designed to help you reset, refocus, and breathe. Drop in anytime to unwind with hands-on activities like diamond painting, LEGO builds, and mandala coloring. Grab some free food, relax with friends, and (fingers crossed) spend a little time with therapy dogs.
Looking for more ways to manage stress? Dr. Marquez will host two interactive workshops on practical stress management techniques you can use during finals week.
