“We are the music makers, and we are the dreamers of dreams.” The famous Ode by English poet Arthur O’Shaughnessy inspired Elgar’s captivating musical statement, riddled with personal meaning and romantic sentiments. More than 100 singers will join in harmony to sing this impressive work, featuring the SJS debut of the compelling mezzo soprano, Deborah Nansteel.
