Come to the Student Short Play Festival and experience four world premieres of student-written and directed plays.

Enjoy free admission and watch the world premieres of four original plays, all written and directed by students:

  • The Dilemma, by Mariah Romero – A comedic drama set in mid-90s New York City that explores themes of trust, betrayal and friendship.
  • Two-Faced Spies, by Tristianne Dorenkamp – Journey to the year 2070 for a modern world with self-driving cars, complex buildings, AI for simple tasks and spies - Two-Faced Spies.
  • They Did What?, by Rachael Culpepper – It’s summer in an older suburban neighborhood in modern-day America. The play explores the consequences of two friends’ intense competition and the importance of not judging a book by its cover.
  • Good Bye for Now,  by Madeline Clark – A one-act play set in the mid-1980s that indulges in teenage romance and coming of age. Watch high school sweethearts and their best friends enjoy their last night in town before heading to college.
