Using a computer is more than just turning it on—it’s learning good habits that give you confidence and save you time with troubleshooting hints. From understanding basic terminology of the Windows
environment to using the Internet, get patient guidance so that you feel at ease with technology.

This course will address the psychology of happiness. The discussions and in-class readings will explore such questions as: What is happiness? How do we measure it, and how do we tell who has it? What is the biology of happiness and what is its evolutionary significance? What makes people happy-youth, fortune, marriage, chocolate? Is the pursuit of happiness pointless? The class will also involve self-reflection and experiential exercises to try at home.
MEGAN CULLIP holds a Master’s degree in Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary and a Master’s of Public Health from Johns Hopkins University. She is the Community Health and Social Services Director for San Juan County and has worked in fields involving psychology for over 13 years.

From your vacations to your grandchildren, do you have hundreds—or thousands—of digital photographs? Beginning with principles of file management, discover how basic computer knowledge can help you organize and enjoy your images. By learning Microsoft Word, you can create beautiful memories through digital scrapbooks and other documents. A USB drive is required if you are not using your personal laptop. Windows knowledge is required and laptops are welcome.
