A variety of SJC decorated Graduation Caps — Congratulations, SJC graduates! You have been on an extraordinary journey in pursuit of graduation, and this is your time to shine. Let’s celebrate and show off that SUNS pride by entering the SJC Grad Cap Contest.

Official Rules

Who can participate?

Open to all San Juan College 2026 graduates. Whether you have your cap or not, you can enter the contest. If you have purchased a cap and gown, you may decorate your physical cap. If you do not have a cap, you may decorate the digital cap below. Just download and edit it to tell your story. Make it represent who you are the same way you would a physical cap.

You may submit:
- A decorated physical graduation cap, or
- A digital cap design that represents your story.

Your design should reflect your experience, achievements, or future goals.

How do I enter?

Submit your entry online by clicking the button below.
Upload:
1. A photo of your decorated cap (physical or digital), and/or
2. An optional short video (15 seconds maximum) sharing your story
Complete all required fields on the submission form.
Limit one (1) entry per graduate. And only (1) cap design can be featured in your entry.

Entry deadline:

11:30 p.m., May 1, 2026

Voting:

All eligible entries will be featured on San Juan College’s official Facebook and Instagram accounts
Voting will take place on these platforms.
A vote consists of ANY post reaction (e.g., like, heart, sad, angry, or any other reaction).

Voting begins once entries are posted and ends on Friday, May 8, 2026

Prize:

Winners will receive an SJC swag bag and gift certificates.
Prizes will be mailed to winners.
Limit one (1) prize per winner.

Winners:

The top three (3) entries receiving the most votes will be selected as winners.
Winners will be announced by: Friday, May 15, 2026
Announcements will be made on San Juan College’s official social media channels.

Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
San Juan College is not responsible for technical issues that may affect entry submission.
Designs must not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any third party.
Submissions must align with the San Juan College Student Handbook. Content including vulgar language, nudity, drugs, or alcohol will not be accepted.
By submitting an entry, you grant San Juan College permission to use your name, image, and submission for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.
San Juan College reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time.
Entries may be featured on the San Juan College website and marketing materials.
