In this group, we’ll explore the DBT skill RESISTT—seven powerful tools to help you manage distress and stay in control, even when life feels overwhelming. Build resilience, reduce impulsive behaviors, and gain real-world strategies you can use anytime, anywhere!

Workshop requires a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 participants.
